Involved in the initial construction, Rigg-Zschokke successfully tendered the three stage refurbishment of three motel wings, main entry and restaurant. Construction & timeframe were co-ordinated to ensure the least disruption to the day to day running of the resort which was in operation for the entire contract. The latest in an ongoing involvement with Copthorne’s development saw budget & timeframe constraints met.
