This negotiated project saw Rigg-Zschokke’s dedicated team project manage & construct the large precast panel retail store and underground car park, for a commercial developer. The contract included co-ordinating the requirements of a nationwide tenant into final design. With a 9 month time frame, from initial conception in January through to completion, the project was successfully delivered on time for its Labour weekend grand opening.
