This high profile project called for the design and construction of a 6,500 sqm building with nearly 200 car parks within a tight time frame of 6 months.
We undertook full design from concept to construction plans, including the resource consent process, site contamination investigation and construction of a rainwater harvesting system. We used the following general construction systems:
Structural steel
Precast concrete panels
Suspended concrete floor slabs
Coloursteel cladding
This project was delivered in 2011 on time and within budget.
